Operation TBI Freedom is a statewide program of Denver Options that provides care coordination to active duty and military veterans with traumatic brain injury.
Our care coordinators work with customers to help them achieve their optimum independence, productivity and successful re-integration into civilian life. They do this by developing and coordinating community and veterans resources.
