Turning Three

When your child turns three, it is a time of celebration and transition. Your service coordinator will provide you with information and coordinate the transition process that begins after your child is two years old.

Services:  Birth to Age Three

• Services are family centered and based on the developmental needs of your child
• Services are provided in the home by Denver Options
• Your Service Coordinator is a key person in planning and coordinating services

Services: Ages 3 to 21 Years of Age

• Services are determined by the educational needs of your child
• Services are provided by Denver Public Schools
• Your child will receive services in a school setting

What If My Child Is Not Eligible For Preschool Services?
Celebrate!  If your child is not eligible for specialized services or a preschool program through Denver Public Schools, it means your child does not have a significant developmental delay.
